TYPEWRITER is the name of the 2015 Persol eyewear collection. The Typewriter Edition, was inspired by vintage typewriters. The mythic typewriters have disappeared with technological progress and have been replaced by computers. In their time the typewriters revolutionized writing and now they have become cult collectors items. The collection will become a must-have of the upcoming season. The Typewriter Edition proposes 2 sunglasses and 2 optical frames that have been reinterpreted with high quality materials and great craftsmanship. Elements of typewriters are evident on the metal bridge of the glasses, and on the temple tips where there is a motif that recalls the mechanism of the typewriter. The name of the collection is engraved on the interior of the temples.
The sunglasses come in a wide selection of crystal and polarized lenses which will protect you from the sun and will guarantee a perfectly clear vision. The frames come in two shapes: one round and the other more squared. The colour of the metal nose-bridges are either silver or gold.
The Po 3108S and the Po 3107V are round and will be perfect both on men and women. They are very elegant and you can wear them in every occasion. Remember: this shape will dominate the upcoming season.
