SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Items on our website labeled “In stock, and ready to ship” refer to products currently available at our logistics centers. These items are typically processed and handed over to the designated courier within one business day following the receipt of the order.
Please allow approximately 3-5 business days for the delivery of the order.
Conversely, items not bearing this label are not immediately available. For these products, Otticanet will place an order with our official suppliers within one business day of receiving the Customer's order.
Processing and subsequent shipping lead times may vary depending on the availability and procurement timelines of the suppliers themselves.
Otticanet will regularly update the Customer regarding shipping schedules via email. The Customer may exercise the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement and obtain a full refund at any time during the waiting period, prior to the dispatch of the goods. Once the order has been shipped, the standard return policy will apply.
PRICES, TAXES AND CUSTOMS FEES
Otticanet is committed to providing a completely transparent and hassle-free shopping experience. Otticanet ships directly from Italy and operates on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and local tariffs are already included in the final price at checkout and are fully prepaid by us. Customers will not be required to pay any additional sums, hidden fees, or administrative charges to the carrier or local authorities upon delivery.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs within the U.S. territory are free of charge.
DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. They are not applicable to items already on sale, including those featured in the Outlet, Sale, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Good Friday sections. Additionally, promotional codes cannot be used on products specifically marked with the label: '* Promo code does not apply to this item'.

Otticanet doesn't provide gift boxes or branded shopping bags.
COURIERS
To ensure fast and secure delivery, Otticanet partners with leading international carriers, including FedEx and DHL.
Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier, it can be monitored at any time by entering the tracking number on the carrier's official website. Please note that tracking details generally become available within 24 to 48 hours after dispatch.

AUTHENTICITY AND WARRANTY COVERAGE
Otticanet takes product authenticity very seriously. The sale of counterfeit products, including any products that have been illegally replicated, reproduced, or manufactured, is strictly prohibited.
Otticanet exclusively offers 100% authentic products purchased directly from the official manufacturers. Where applicable, products include the original certificate of authenticity issued by the manufacturer.
Our warranty covers any conformity defects or manufacturing flaws identified within 24 months from the date of delivery. This warranty is strictly limited to intrinsic material or workmanship defects and requires the presentation of valid proof of purchase and original documentation.
The following are expressly excluded from warranty coverage:
- Damage caused by normal wear and tear;
- Damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, misuse of the product, improper storage;
- Accidental scratches on lenses or frames;
- Tampering or unauthorized repairs;
- Damage resulting from external factors (such as excessive heat, impacts, or contact with chemicals).
Any warranty claims must be promptly reported to Otticanet.
After that Otticanet will open a case with the official manufacturer in order to verify the nature of the damage/defect. The timeframe for the case resolution may take from 5 to 10 business days.
In the event of a defect covered by the warranty, Otticanet will restore the product’s conformity through repair or replacement.
If the defect can be resolved using spare parts, Otticanet will provide the necessary components through the official manufacturer; please note that the assembly of these spare parts is the responsibility of the Customer. Should the manufacturing defect be unresolvable or irreparable via spare parts, Otticanet will proceed with a full replacement of the item.
